-relaxed internal bearing seat, tight bearing lock edge

-Wheel has diagonal play when set up, conforms to riding surface and rough terrain for our smoothest roll yet. Next production run will have slightly tighter bearing seat tolerance for aesthetic; minimization of ability to wobble, but still keeping a bit for the found benefits.

-each set is roll tested on marble to ensure bearings and seating are perfect
